Toszkán hangulat a Mecsekben? Igen, itt megvalósították. Az olasz kötődésű házaspár holland tulajdonosoktól vásárolta meg ezt az 1883-ban épült birtokot. Még a holland tulajdonosok 2012-ben teljesen felújították a két házat. 2019-ben újabb felújítás történt, ennek keretében kaptak a házak új tetőt, ekkor minden konyha újjá lett építve, és a házakhoz külső teraszok, valamint nyárikonyha került hozzáépítésre.

The couple with Italian connections bought this estate, built in 1883, from Dutch owners. Even the Dutch owners completely renovated the two houses in 2012. In 2019, another renovation took place, as part of this, the houses received a new roof, then all kitchens were rebuilt, and external terraces and a summer kitchen were added to the houses.
The house has been designed with impeccable quality and style and has been maintained sparingly, so the new owner will have an impeccable property.
